Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using vape7store.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Vape7Store ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Age Restriction — 18+ Only
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. It is a criminal offence under UK law to purchase, or attempt to purchase, nicotine products on behalf of a person under 18. We reserve the right to refuse any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18 or is purchasing on behalf of someone under 18. Proof of age may be required before or upon delivery.
We operate an age-verification process in compliance with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR) and The Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015. See our Age Verification Policy for full details.
2. Products & TPD / TRPR Compliance
All e-cigarettes and e-liquids sold on this Site comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (UK TRPR) and are notified to the MHRA where required. Products are intended for adult smokers and ex-smokers only. They are not smoking cessation products and have not been evaluated by the MHRA as medicinal devices.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. An order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Returns & Refunds

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images and software, is the property of Vape7Store or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vape7Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
