Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights when returning goods purchased from vape7store.co.uk, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Unopened and in original sealed packaging — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened e-liquids, used devices, or any product where the seal has been broken
  • In the same condition as received, with all original labels
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Exclusions — Items We Cannot Accept Back

The following items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used e-liquids and nic salts — once the seal is broken, these cannot be resold
  • Used or activated vape devices — devices that have been charged, filled or used
  • Coils and pods — once installed or used
  • Products returned more than 14 days after receipt (unless faulty)

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at support@vape7store.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@vape7store.co.uk with subject "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return and provide a return address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  5. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
