Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery options.
1. Delivery Options & Prices

2. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
During peak periods (sale events, new product launches) dispatch may take up to 2 working days. We will notify you by email if there are any delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where applicable). You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail or courier website.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
5. Failed Delivery
If Royal Mail or the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. Uncollected parcels are returned to us after the carrier's holding period; we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional postage may be charged).
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vape7store.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
7. Age Verification at Delivery
In accordance with UK law, the recipient may be required to provide proof of age (18+) upon delivery. If proof of age cannot be provided, the carrier may refuse to hand over the parcel.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
