Why Pod Salt Core?

Pod Salt is one of the most widely stocked nic salt ranges in the UK, and Core is its plain-English line — one clear flavour per bottle rather than a stacked blend. Every bottle is made in the UK at 50% VG / 50% PG, which is the ratio a refillable pod kit is actually built around: thin enough to wick through a 0.8–1.2 ohm coil without dry hits, and salt nicotine so 20mg stays smooth instead of scratching. Pod Salt recommends 10–20 watts with a medium-to-tight mouth-to-lung draw, which is exactly how the pod kits on this site are set up. FAQ

Will this work in my pod kit?
If your kit uses a coil or pod between roughly 0.8 and 1.2 ohm and runs at 10–20W, yes. That covers almost every refillable pod kit sold in the UK. A 50/50 liquid is too thin for a sub-ohm tank, so keep it out of anything below about 0.6 ohm or it will leak.

What is the difference between Core and Nexus?
Core is the straight single-flavour line — Ice Menthol tastes of menthol, Strawberry tastes of strawberry. Nexus is the blended range with layered flavours. Both are 10ml nic salts; this listing is Core.

Which flavour if I have just stopped smoking?
Cigarette is the closest thing to a plain tobacco cigarette in the range, and Ice Menthol if you smoked menthols. Coffee works surprisingly well as a morning replacement. Fruit flavours are easier to vape all day but taste nothing like a cigarette, which some people find helps and others do not.

Why 20mg and not 10mg?
20mg is the UK legal maximum and the strength most people need when moving off cigarettes in a small pod kit. Pod Salt also makes Core in 5mg and 11mg — ask us if you would like a lower strength stocked.

How long does a 10ml bottle last?
For most pod kit users, roughly three to five days. It depends far more on how often you vape than on the device. If a bottle is gone in a day you are probably vaping more than you were smoking.

Is it really made in the UK?
Yes. Pod Salt manufactures in the UK and every bottle is TPD compliant, with an ECID and UFI code printed on the box, a childproof cap and a tamper-evident seal.

Why are bottles only 10ml?
UK TPD rules cap any nicotine-containing e-liquid bottle at 10ml. Larger bottles you see sold are shortfills, which contain no nicotine at all until you add a nic shot yourself.
