You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Vape7Store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we cannot verify the customer's age.

WARNING: These products contain nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. Not recommended for non-smokers. Not suitable for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.

3. TPD Compliance

All vaping products sold by Vape7Store are compliant with the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) as implemented in the UK by the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016. All notifiable products are registered with the MHRA.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are subject to availability.

5. Ordering

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by minors.

6. Delivery

Delivery is to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is £5.00 (3–5 working days). Express delivery is £8.00 (1–2 working days). Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vape7Store's liability to you is limited to the total amount paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
