Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
Important: Age-Restricted Products
All products sold by Vape7Store contain nicotine and are age-restricted. You must be 18 or over to purchase these products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Returns Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nicotine products.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Return
- Email support@vape7store.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
TPD Compliance
All returned nicotine products are disposed of in accordance with UK TPD regulations and environmental legislation. We cannot resell opened or used vaping products.
